Hi there

I would just like to enquire about whether your boerewors and other sausages as well as your oxtail are delivered fresh or frozen.

Hi Ettienne. Our products are frozen before sending your package. If not frozen before sending the package the meat would go bad.

We send our packages with ice packs in a styrofoam box. Depending on the weather and the delivery time the products might still be completely frozen, if not at least cold.
